Project: Zak Finance

Project: Zak Finance

Small loans company, Zak, has been operating in Invercargill since 1985. The company needed a cost-effective re-brand to stand out from the competition. We went through the G&A four-stage branding process to identify the company’s values and its point of difference before beginning the design process.

THE DETAILS

We gave Zak a bright, breezy, non-threatening voice and look (with a touch of humour) reflecting the new brand story and applied it to the company email footer, stationery, signage and website.

MEDBURY SCHOOL

Leading private boys primary school, Medbury School, approached us develop a creative concept for their updated core values, with focus on a set of base skills spanning across all educational sectors such as creativity, confidence, compassion, environmental awarenees, and embracing the digital world, that every student would graduate and enter the next phase of their life with. They had been calling this ‘The Medbury Boy’ which sparked the inspiration of presenting these core values as a fun, anatomical infographic with various objects and illustrations representing each category of skills.

This was developed to use as a small brochure introducing their updated core values alongside presenting the schools’ facility developments at their end-of-year prizegiving. Plans to roll out this creative across the rest of their marketing materials are in the works as we speak!

Working alongside local rockstar photographer, Dave Richards, to bring our concept to life was an absolute treat!

WORLD TRAVELLERS

A group of travel agents formed a new co-operative model of travel agency to escape the dysfunctional franchise model they were working under.

A new name and brand were developed and rolled out across all collateral and media. A flexible colour palette was created which reflected different travel destinations as well as the various World Travellers’ regional offices. Files of all brand elements and templates for promotional tools were built and are now cloud-hosted so they are easily accessible to members. The brand manual was produced and is used to guide the application of the brand.

The Champion Centre

The Champion Centre is a registered charitable trust supporting families of children with developmental delays.

The Centre needed to gain greater community awareness through media exposure and advertising. G&A refreshed the brand and created a professional fund-raising package. The new package is now part of a large referral programme being carried out by the families involved in the Centre and is being used to open new fund-raising channels.
